About Us

Peggy Bond is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2000. She is licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for over 23 years.

My Philosophy.

Peggy has over 23 years of clinical experience and has developed a keen interest in treating a multitude of conditions in the comfort of her client’s homes, where-ever home may be. Peggy’s treatment philosophy includes using a combination of ‘hands on’ therapy (including manual therapy), specific and appropriate exercise prescription, traditional modalities (including electrotherapy) and most importantly educating her clients on their specific conditions to help them achieve their goals.

Learning

Continuing Education & Experience.

Peggy has continued her education by taking many courses in manual therapy, K-taping, modalities including acupuncture, McKenzie MDT, exercise prescription, geriatrics, cardio respiratory, neurology and many types of specific orthopedic conditions management. She is an Authorizer for the Assistive Devices Program in Ontario. Her work experience includes working as an inpatient therapist at North York General hospital, handling primarily orthopedic conditions at private orthopedic clinics, on-site industrial clinic, working with seniors in both nursing and retirement homes in Orangeville and doing home care therapy visits through the old CCAC.
Peggy is current with her CPR/ First Aid training, has a current Criminal Record check available for reference, and is registered and in good standing with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FRSA).
